Active Impact Investments is a venture capital firm based in Vancouver, Canada, founded in 2017. The firm seeks to invest in early-stage social ventures and climate tech companies that aim to create long-term positive environmental and social impact. The firm manages a $500 million capital pool allocated for active impact investments and makes grants of approximately $5 million annually. Active Impact Investments works with companies to help them scale their impact and profit, providing financial, operational and strategic support.
