With our latest enhancements, managing cap tables, grants, and complex transactions is even simpler and more precise. Here’s a look at what’s new:
1. Reverse Split Functionality
We’ve introduced an easy-to-use reverse split functionality, designed to help companies restructure or consolidate shares effectively. This feature allows users to execute reverse stock splits directly in Capboard, ensuring alignment with organizational changes without the manual hassle.
2. Stakeholder Filter for Reverse Splits
To improve data accuracy and usability, our updated stakeholder filter now extends to reverse splits within transaction records. This ensures that relevant transactions are easily accessible, making it more efficient to track and review split-specific records for each stakeholder.
3. Expanded CSV Export Options
Capboard’s export functionality now supports CSV file exports for key views, including:
- Cap Table by Shareholder: Generate an organized, accessible record by shareholder.
- Cap Table by Share Class: Export tables grouped by share class, including convertibles.
- Convertibles in Cap Table by Share Class: Focus on convertibles with a dedicated export option to track this equity class seamlessly.
These export options provide improved flexibility, making it easier to share and analyze key data outside of the platform.
4. Updated Vesting and Exercise Forms
We’ve refined our vesting and exercise forms to include a new “availables” field, offering a more precise view of outstanding shares or options in any given transaction. This addition provides clearer visibility for both companies and employees managing vesting schedules.
5. Advanced Data Integrity and Grant Management
Behind the scenes, we’ve strengthened our back-end with enhanced data integrity rules and an improved equity grant management modal. These updates streamline workflows, help prevent errors, and deliver a smoother overall experience for managing complex grants.
6. CSV Download for Grants
For simplified record-keeping, Capboard now supports CSV downloads for grants, capturing essential grant details in one file. This makes it easy to maintain accurate records, share information with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with grant-related requirements.
