About us

Parallella is an open source, energy efficient, credit-card sized computer platform based on the Epiphany multicore chip. It is designed to provide a highly parallel computing platform for low-cost, energy-efficient applications, and is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications, from web servers to scientific computing and high-performance embedded computing. The platform includes a range of hardware and software components, such as the Epiphany multicore chip, the Parallella Board, a Linux-based OS, and a range of open source software.
