Their weekly newsletter provides a hand-curated list of articles about venture capital and entrepreneurship, and they also provide analysis of one main technology. They invest in pre-seed and seed technology startup companies in the Baltic States and provide resources and information related to legal options. Change Ventures was founded in 2016 and is based in Tallinn, Estonia.
