To access Capboard.io's comprehensive suite of tools, start with our 14-day free trial to experience the full capabilities of our platform. After the trial, you'll need to enter your credit card details on Stripe to continue with your subscription. Our pricing is based on the number of stakeholders, ensuring scalability and flexibility for your company's needs. For annual pricing discounts or to discuss unlocking special services, please reach out to our sales team for a Custom plan.
How to Manage Your Subscription
You can easily manage your subscription by navigating to Company >> Settings >> Subscription within your Capboard.io account. Here, you can provide your payment information to continue your subscription after the free trial, switch between plans, or discuss custom options with our sales team. Changes to your subscription are applied immediately, ensuring uninterrupted access to our tools and services.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, simply go to Company >> Settings >> Delete Company. This action will stop any future charges to your payment method and automatically cancel your subscription. Please note that all data will be removed 30 days after cancellation, so ensure you have saved any necessary information elsewhere.
How to Access Invoices
Your invoices are available at any time within the Subscription section of your Company settings, click VIEW INVOICES button to access the Stripe portal. Here, you can download invoices for your records, providing transparency and ease of access to your financial transactions with Capboard.io.
